In 1962, Meher Baba held a special convocation in India for his lovers around the world. He referred to this meeting of East and West as the most important meeting of this incarnation. In this small volume, noted Australian poet and mandali member Francis Brabazon presents the “song-story of an event unique in history”, a poetic narrative of events and impressions of the four-day gathering.
(The East-West Gathering is documented in the video Darshan Scenes from the East-West Gathering, 1962.)
